Fun Night 2024

Fun Night started in 1995 and over the years has undergone many changes. The one thing that has always been the same is the money raised is used for ABLE’s people supported and staff. This year we raised over $8,000. We couldn’t have done it without the support of our sponsors, prize donors and everyone who purchased a ticket. Thank you all for your support.

The money we raised is already being put to good use. We have a fishing trip, riverboat cruise and rec night planned for this summer and fall. We have purchased equipment for indoor/outdoor movies and outing bags for each of our houses. As other opportunities for trips and outings come up, it’s great to know we have the funds to help any person supported who wants to go.

ABLE is also saving and raising money for several larger items including a handicap accessible, electric bus, AED, solar panels and a community garden. These items will reduce our environmental impact, keep our people supported and staff safer and contribute to reduced operating expenses. To learn more about ABLE, please visit https://able-inc.org/.

Our goal is to provide housing options that allow people to live full vibrant lives. Hickory house gets us closer to this goal and to our goal of rebuilding ABLE back to the number of homes we had in the county before COVID. ABLE hopes to open another fully accessible home in Houston County.

Thank you to our sponsors
